My husband pulled the part out of our furnace before leaving for a 24 hour shift and saying this what you need to get it to start again. I called several heating and cooling places and they wouldn’t even bother with helping. If I wasn’t interested in paying them $120 an hour to come look at the furnace, they weren’t interested in helping ( I think it was because I was a woman who hardly knew what I was talking about). Good Shepherd Heating and Cooling was very helpful. They helped me find the model number on the furnace, brought the needed part and repaired my furnace at a reasonable price.
